Dear Diary – 10-25-14

The My Diary portion of my blog is my attempt to get use to posting daily. It also let’s my announce what problems I am having and what solution I come up with. Yesterday I was trying to post some new pictures in the Gorgeous Girls section of my blog, but I couldn’t get a space between the two pictures. I will work on this problem today and report back with my solution. I’m going to post the pictures anyway, cause they look so good. 🙂

I will also change my template this weekend and start the customization process.

My Diary – 10-24-14 Not a Bad Day

Well it’s 6:14 eastern and I’m up and ready to start my day. I made it to the gym yesterday and had a great workout. I think I can get a little more intense, but that will take some time. 😥

Yesterday I did find a solution to my meal planning dilemma and that has me excited. I have an 11 year old son and one of the main problem I have every day is trying to figure out what to cook.  I’m always concerned if we are eating the same thing too ofter. Do I have the supplies to make certain meals etc. I have always needed my meals outlined for all 30 days of the week,  so I can just do it. All I did was make a 5 week Calender using Microsoft Word and plug in meals for each day. My goal is to have diverse meals and variety. I need to keep it healthy as you can for a 11 year old but tasty at the same time. My menu will be kind of bland at the beginning, but I will add more recipes each month until I get  a great mix.

I found and purchased a new theme for my blog that I will debut in a few days. I’m excited about my new look. You can get an idea what I’m going to do at this link Fast News Theme.   The theme is free, but I paid $45 for the premium version, I think it’s going to work out fine for what I’m trying to do.

Talk to you later. 🙂

Dear Diary – Good Morning

Good Morning World, it’s 5:54 am and I’m just getting up. Getting ready to do what I call my morning grind. My grind  consist of sending out emails to all of my customers from my other websites, checking on my money to make sure I still have some and going through my ever expanding to do list, that never shrinks.

Yesterday was not a good day as far as getting things done, I didn’t exercise so I feel bad about that. I didn’t put in the proper time working with my Son and his school work, so I’m not happy with that either. I hope to do better today.

Later today I plan to blog about what some of my goals are with this blog, see you later 🙂

Michael Sam Cut From Cowboys Screws Self :-(

I believe Michael Sam was/is good enough to play in the NFL. His problem was he was  more interested in being a gay martyr than a NFL player. Worst case scenario he would have been selected in the 3rd or 4th round if he didn’t come out as gay. Dude lost at least a million dollars all for the gay cause, now he looks and probably feels like a fool.

The NFL set his ass up perfectly. They had the team in his home town (college) draft him, they already had a built in excuse that it would probably be hard for him to make the team since St. Louis was loaded at his position. True to the script they let his ass go. To seal his fate the NFL had the Dallas Cowboys put him on their roster. Seven weeks after the season begins Sam is dropped and his exit from the NFL barely makes the news. Mission Accomplished!

The eating cake off his buddies face was probably the bullet he put in his own back before he even got a chance to show his skills on the field. The NFL is a conservative organization. If you are going to come in and make changes, you have to do so gradually. You can’t burst on the scene like Vince McMahon saying fuck the rules, change has to be slow.

Damn Fool 🙁

Grand Re-Opening

Doing a blog is hard work. You have to do the work to get it started in the face of having no traffic. In other words you are talking to yourself. I guess that why I created the diary portion of my Blog.
Yesterday was my first day of getting back into the gym. I do a lot of walking these days, but I don’t feel truly healthy unless I’m lifting weights. Now I’m getting old so I don’t do heavy weights like I use to in the past, but nothing makes you feel better and increases your overall discipline like taking care of yourself.

So I hearby designate this day the new begining of Veston’s Blog 🙂

Rainy Night in Georgia – The Guitar Guy

This is one of my favorite songs, I was searching on youtube and found this guy who call himself “the guitar guy”. I really liked his rendition of the song. He really seems to be enjoying himself and I see why, He’s killing it. 😎
